How long will it take to receive my order?
It'll take around 3-5 days to process before they are shipped out. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 5-9 business days within the United States. International orders could take longer. For obvious reasons. Tracking numbers will be included in your confirmation emails.

If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for reshipment. 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

What's the sizing like?
All clothing items are unisex unless specified otherwise. Size charts will be located in the descriptions of each product. Feel free to reach through reviews as well, for size related comments. *Always helpful

How do I wash my makeup bag if it gets dirty?
We suggest hand wash only. All of our Face Shit bags are lined with an easy-to-clean lining. Simply flip inside out, wipe down with any cleaner, leave to air dry by morning.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact me directly at info@girrlscout.com and include your name and order number so we can sort that shit out for you.

What if my item got damaged in the wash?
We are not responsible for wash damage. Please check inner tags or item description before washing!
